The fastest and easiest way to check in is by using one of our two self check-in kiosks. During check-in, you can also add early check-in or late check-out.

Head downstairs to the Qbic lobby for a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Coffee, tea and tap water are available free of charge all day.
For environmental reasons, we don’t use telephones in our rooms, that’s 84 fewer devices to discard after their lifecycle.

Visit our Grab & Go Corner in the lobby for drinks, snacks and everyday essentials like a toothbrush, toothpaste, tampons, shaving kit, deodorant and band-aids — basically everything you might need.
Need to get the wrinkles out before date night or a meeting? Free ironing equipment is available at reception.

Parking in Amsterdam is expensive. On-street parking near the hotel costs around €4.50 per hour. These rates are set by the City of Amsterdam. So we hope for your understanding that there is nothing much we can do about that.
We have a special agreement with WTC Parking:
€39.50 per 24 hours instead of the regular €75.00 rate.
Bring your WTC Parking ticket to the Qbic reception desk
We will stamp your parking ticket, you pay the parking at Qbic (only this way, you will get the discount)
Use your stamped parking ticket to drive out
Parking is at your own risk. Please do not leave valuables in your car.
Getting around Amsterdam is easy with public transport from GVB. To buy tickets, visit Amsterdam Zuid station around the corner and use the blue GVB ticket machines. The yellow NS machines are for train tickets, which you only need if you’re travelling to another city.
Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings in the Netherlands. Qbic is completely non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please go outside. Smoking inside the building or in your room will result in a €100 fine per day. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping.
If you need a taxi, you have several options:
Let the reception staff call one for you at the desired date and time.
Book a taxi yourself with our regular taxi partner, on their website.
Walk to the taxi stand around the corner by following the 'taxi' signs in front of the Amsterdam Zuid station exit around the corner from Qbic.
WiFi is free throughout Qbic.
